She has a background in clinical nutrition with a deep understanding of medical conditions including diabetes, gastrointestinal health, genetic and metabolic conditions. Rachel is dedicated to optimizing health and performance through nutrition. She specializes in crafting tailored nutrition education to support individual performance goals and believes in establishing foundational nutrition for overall well-being. Rachel combines expertise with a passion for empowering individuals to achieve their optimum health and fitness potential. Beyond performance, she prioritizes fostering a positive relationship with food and advocating against diet culture.
